Looking to understand how to us html to, display a single solution article on freshdesk’s customer landing page.This single article is a table of contents, with pertinent groupings for each article.Any help on how to reference one article and display it on the landing page would be appreciated. 

Concerns regarding the Hep Center (knowledge base) automationDark Mode Theme: a. Does Freshdesk offer a dark mode theme option? If yes, guide on how to enable it. b. Are there any plans to introduce a dark mode theme for the platform? c. Do we need to install any version for it? Font and Spacing Customization: a. Is it possible to customize the font style and size within the support articles? If so, what customization options are available? b. Can we adjust the spacing between lines or paragraphs in the support articles? If yes, how can we make these adjustments? Related Article Suggestions: a. How does the platform determine the related article suggestions that appear at the end of each support article? b. Is it based on keywords of the primary article, tags, or other factors? Please provide details on the algorithm used to generate these suggestions. It would be great if you can help me with the link and proper navigations regarding the above concerns. Thank You

My site has a side bar: Instead of displaying “related articles” which are rarely actually related, I’d like to display the Category/Folder list that the article is inside of.It’s the same view that is found on the Solutions Home page. However, if I just take the code from the Solutions Home Page and drop it into the article view, it doesn’t work. It would be good if you had the ability to filter themes by free/premium. It was a pain to click through every theme only to find out majority of them had a cost associated. At a minimum at least provide a list of the free ones, which is only about 4 themes.

Where can I see a list of all themes? Paid also.Why is this not built into the product?

Here is an idea suggestion. I am forever telling students and teachers what key sctrokes to press for a particular command or menu. It would be helpful if there were short codes I could insert while editing a response or creating an FAQ that would allow me display keybord keys as small images or icons inline with my text.I was thinking something like this, I type this text in Freshdesk 1. <kbd>Alt</kbd> + <kbd>Esc</kbd> Switches to the next open window   And the user sees this in the KB article, FAQ, or response via the web portalYou could even have a key combo like CTRL-K tht would insert <kbd></kbd> and then all I have to do is put the text in to appear on the key cap.

Is there an editor one can use for Freshdesk themes to customize the layout, looks and feel? It’s been ages since I have done any CSS coding and the shortcodes are a bit of a boggle to me right now.  

I like this theme and am wondering if anyone recognizes it.  I can’t seem to find out what it is called.  

I am completely new to creating or customising the portals , can anyone help.I have never written HTML / CSS in my life.I want to remove the welcome and sign up section on the headers, can this be done? 

None of the link to the free themes are working.Can someone help out with free themes one can use? Its been a whole hell lot of work getting to see themes.Help!
