I was expecting to find a list of themes available and certified by Freshdesk. It looks like you don’t have a template library from what I see.

No, there are no free templates other than the Marina theme that are certified by Freshdesk. I made the list as these are the only free themes available and they can be used to help build your own theme. 

Aries Themes will upload some free themes in the future, but there are none available at the moment.

None of these themes import into Freshdesk. It gives the attached error when selected the downloaded .zip file. Any solutions to this ?

These are V1 themes not compatible with V2 structure which is being used currently.

We just launched this site and in the process of building out 11 super sexy themes and already have one on the site that you can get for free now.
