Apps and Marketplace Integrations

I am adding a custom app to our Freshsales Suite, and things seem to show up correctly for the Contact menu.Is full page app supported in Freshsales?If not, it would be fantastic if the documentation mentioned where things do or don’t work, depending on the app. For example, using “freshsales” in the manifest DOES NOT WORK, but “freshworks_crm” does.

For example, in Freshdesk, I’ve added fields like: Subscription Type (Free, Premium, VIP) Device Used (Android, iOS, Smart TV) Last Active Date I’ve mapped these fields to Freshsales contacts, but the data isn’t syncing. When a user raises a ticket in Freshdesk, I can see all their details, but they don’t update in Freshsales.Steps I’ve tried so far: Double-checked field mapping. Verified permissions in both systems. The freshdesk and freshsales integration has a major limitation.  Due to shared agent roles permission, the freshsales agents has no public note permission and therefore reply via email (outlook/gmail) will not be captured in Freshdesk ticket.  Imagine the following situation:1. The FS Agent received a complaint via email from a customer.2. FS Agent added the support email in his reply via Outlook (TO/CC field).3. A ticket is created in FD.4  After a while, let's say the FS Agent want to follow up on this OR the FS agent wants to provide more information

I have successfully gotten a custom app to show up when I use “freshworks_crm” in the manifest and use the “my first app” template offered in the menu.However, I’ve noticed that the react app template is only available under freshdesk.Does this mean that react apps are not supported under freshsales?

Hi guys!I’m trying to create a custom app for my freshsales dashoard.For testing purposes, with Freshworks CLI I’ve created a freshsales template.During the work, I faced 2 problems:1. when creating an app, I get the following error ( on the screen )https://t4709810.p.clickup-attachments.com/t4709810/bf2810a0-7330-438a-9c4e-df5e1f31720f/image.png2.  I can't launch developer mode. I launched the local server with CLI, in browser set up my account's url + ?dev, but got the response from freshwork: couldn't find the page. I’d be really greatful if somebody helps!Thank you! 

I am having trouble POSTing a Webhook from Zapier to FreshworksCRM. In my Zap I am trying to POST a file (from GDrive) to the FreshworksCRM API, which works perfectly via Postman. Entering all information in Zapier gives us the error message 400 - Bad Request. I was assuming that Zapier is changing something in the POST Request which I can not see in the frontend - which is not the fact as the support told me. linkIn Postman I am using the headers authorization:Token token={{APItoken}},Content-Type:multipart/form-data and content-type:multipart/form-data; boundary=----WebKitFormBoundary7MA4YWxkTrZu0gW.For my Form-data I am using the file in Postman which I upload manually, as well as the targetable_id and the targetable_type.Does anyone have an idea why I can not m

Currenlty missing over 100+ contacts with no shopify tagsin the customer fields area. I have been receiving updates but have no estimate on if this will ever be fixed. This is my second trial so we are working on 45+ days of nothing.  Any help would be great as we are working on 2 months without the ability to use this CRM. Perhaps it’s not ready for shopify?
