Since long I am wondering why there are no product updates on freshsales ? Are you guys not working on any enhancements, making features more better and theres lot to do. Wondering this !!!!

Hi everyone,Has anyone recently encountered issues making API requests to a Freshsales instance?I'm consistently getting an "Incorrect or expired API Key" error for a query that was working perfectly just a few weeks ago. I've already tried resetting the API key, but the issue persists.Here's what I've checked and observed:Previous Functionality: The exact same API request with the same authentication method was working fine a few weeks ago. API Key Reset: I have reset the API key for my user account, but this did not resolve the error. Authorization Header & Encoding: I've also looked into the Authorization header. When I send the API key in the way I believe is correct (and which worked previously), I receive the "Incorrect or expired API Key" error. As a test, if I try sending the request without what I believe to be the correct encoding/formatt

We sell License software services to clients that are renewable every year. for Ex we sell Microsoft M 365 license to customer on April 1, 2025. The same license has to be renewed on or before 31st March 2026. I wish to create automation where in my sales person get renewal message 45 days prior to expire date, and customer gets mail 30 days in advance for the expiry of license.

I’m currently building a custom Freshsales app and testing it locally by appending ?dev=true to the Freshsales URL.I’ve added the apikey through http://localhost:10001/custom_configs, and I do see the confirmation message saying:“App installation parameters have been successfully stored. You can now proceed to test the app.”However, when I try to retrieve the API key using client.iparams.get(), the value comes back as undefined.Is this the normal behavior during dev mode testing? Or is there a way to access the apikey while still running the app locally

Hi, is it possible to customize the Freshsales meeting’s default email template?  Or is there option to stop sending the mail while creating the meeting. 

Is there a way to show SMS messages between myself and a client where it shows the newest first, not the oldest first?  I hate having to scroll down a long text thread to find the newest message.  Using desktop verion of Freshsales.

Hello, I’m having one very inconvenient issue, when I’m talking with a customer through email on the dashboard and send him my calendly to make a booking - sometimes client uses a different email so I have no idea who booked that meeting.Maybe it is possible to have some kind of a template and pre-fill customers email (use the one that we are sending this email to) ?I am relatively new to freshworks, so please let me know if there are better ways to manage bookings, appreciate it, thanks!

Hello! Our development team is attempting to add one of our Freshsales classic web forms to our company’s website. However, they mentioned that the code snippet provided for the classic web form is not enough. They are requesting additional code or a predefined element id to actually mount the form to the site. Has anyone else experienced this or know where to find it in Freshsales? Thanks!
