WYSIWYG Editor for Themes

Is there an editor one can use for Freshdesk themes to customize the layout, looks and feel? It’s been ages since I have done any CSS coding and the shortcodes are a bit of a boggle to me right now.

To put things into perspective .. I want to change the background colour and also the text in the boxes and search inquiry.

See, this type of answer doesn’t really address the concern. Not everyone has coding skills, the time nor the patience to go through this. Some organizations, who do not have a dedicated coder, and designer, need a SIMPLE way of achieving their goals. 

Freshdesk support’s idea of sending articles with complicated (to some) instructions is a poor way of offering help. And when in doubt, redirect to an SI partner to spend more money that they don’t have to get their dream into a reality … 

Adding a TinyMCE interface (or something similar) to the editor shouldn’t be that much of a headache to the devs….
