I know this can be a silly question, as this can be easily handled with any AI or Standard Translation tool, but are you currently considering providing this with Localization? I mean, will this templates available in other languages?

Great job Freshworks ! it’s great, templates to deliever the best Support experience to customers would be a nice addition

e.g. First response email template, Remote assistance request, Customer Demo license request, Maintenance & Support expiration notification etc.
