How to Set Up a Freshdesk Jira Bidirectional Integration using Exalate: Advanced Use Cases

Using Microsoft Intune for Fresh Service Agent Deployment

I saw different support articles about how to deploy the FreshService Agent, but I had not seen one around using Microsoft’s Intune. We are currently using Intune for software distribution and I figured it would be helpful to share how we deploy the agent with Intune. Let me know if this post is helpful and works for you.Assumptions: You have the fresh service agent msi file downloaded on your PC. You have the Intune app builder “IntuneWinAppUtil.exe”. (we find this offers more custom install options than just using the MSI “line of buisness” app deployment feature in Intune) For information about the Intune app builder see this Microsoft Article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-win32-app-managementBuilding your deployment:Save your Fresh service agent file in a folder by itself on your PC. Workday to Freshservice connector

is there anyone that has implemented the workday connector?  We are looking at the connector tool and would like to automate as much as we can between the two system for our onboarding but it looks like we would have to adjust our onboarding module.  If you have setup the connector, how did you configure in the onboarding recipe flow in the onboarding module?

UPN and Email are different unable to import users

Hey,Today, i have integrated the Azure Active Directory Provisioning (SCIM) with Azure.There is one challenge we have different id for UPN and email id. eg. upn - 123@abc.com & mail - xyz@abc.com. when we import in fresh services under requester the upn is reflecting in email. but we dont want to send email on the upn.  i have changed source attribute from UPN to mail. its getting failed to import the user. please help.

Azure AD Provisioning stopped working

We’ve been using the Azure AD Provisioning for about half a year now without any issues. However, we just noticed that it’s basically failing every user creation and update and has been for several weeks now. The last successful user creation we had was on Jan 8th. A few updates have been successful in the past few days as well, but other than that it’s been a constant stream of failures in the provisioning logs. All updates provide the error:Error Code: UnSpecifiedError message: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Please see the HTTP response returned by the 'Response' property of this exception for details.All creations provide the error:Error Code: FreshserviceInvalidValueError message:Meanwhile Deletion and Deactivation result in the same error as the update, the UnSpecified HTTP request exception.

Azure Active Directory Provisioning (SCIM) - Failure

Hi,We’ve been using the Azure Active Directory Provisioning (SCIM) app for well over a year now and had no issues but recently I’ve noticed we are getting the attached error when manually/automatically provisioning users into Freshservice. Does anyone know how to resolve this? The user wouldn’t yet be on Freshservice as this is what the app is for, so I don't understand the Match failure…TIA

Azure AD SCIM Enhancements

Hey!According to the dec release notes, We've added support for syncing the Location, Department, and Secondary Email fields to our Azure AD, OneLogin, and Okta SCIM Apps.Have anyone been able to find any more information on this update for the Azure AD SCIM?The effy app still shows version 1.0, and no further target attributes have been added in the Azure SCIM setup.
