Wow, what a great app !

The auto ticket merger app is a very helpful app that saves the trouble of managing multiple tickets from the same requester. It's great that it can merge tickets within a set time period, preventing unnecessary tickets and updates, and making things more manageable for teams..


The Clone app no longer works. Why this is not a native feature of the platform blows my mind...
