We have three paid apps in the marketplace. In freshworks developer portal, i see there are few downloads of the apps. 

However, there is no provision for us to add payment details there. How and when will we get paid?

When you publish it, Freshworks collects the payment on your behalf from the customer. when you published it, did you not set up an account with Fresh to pay you?

Unfortunately no. There is no place where we could enter our payment details. And we are not paid anything. 

I would get on to the marketplace team, you may need to be an SI partner to be paid. 

I couldnt find any email id of the marketplace team. Any help on it would be greatly appreciated.
