We have a client who wants to purchase a batch of hours with us each month. I need to get an alert when they reach their allocated number of hours. According to support Freshdesk can’t do this but it’s an extremely common practice. Can someone please help?
He have a self programmed tool where contacts are stored with their E-Mail address. Is it somehow possible to programm, that when we would click on the Mail address, it opens a new tab with freshdesk on the New E-Mail page? Or are there any google chrome extensions that would work (we already have the click to call extension, which does basically the same but with phone numbers)? Thanks a lot

When using Integration with Slack replying a thread, The push note in group will only show the first sentence of the ticket which is who created or who updated the ticket but I actually want to know related to the subject( The second line of the ticket) rather than whos created the ticket and know its hardcoded so cannot be configuration. I think it is really importance when replying a thread to the Slack group because if just showing who created or who updated the ticket as the subject, the team will never know what topic they are replying to but need to click in to check and reply. When there are few ticket show in one Slack group, it will be hard to manage and follow.

My timezone is set to Pacific (PST) however when I use the Office 365 calendar integration to schedule tasks into my Outlook calendar, it’s in Eastern (EST) times. Like I send an invite for a 9:30AM meeting to a client and it comes up in Outlook as a 6:30AM meeting. Am I missing something? Also, we do everything in MS Teams, so can that be integrated into the scheduled tasks from Freshservice? Or do I have to add it after the invite was sent?

When they log into my app I would like them to be able to chat, open a ticket and view the support and community portal without having to re-login. I would also like to make these portals only accessible to users that are logged into the my app. Does anyone have experience with this?
Hi.I have a question how to expand/collapse the modal window (see attachment).When I click the modal window, then window is being opened. but then I close it and this modal is still opened and I need to collapse it manually before to open the modal again. Hey,as you can see, I am authorised on the freshdesk app in our slack channel. My colleague who took this screenshot is not. Please advise how to authorise him? When he adds Freshdesk to his Slack app, he gets this:(the settings button top right doesn’t do anything)But when I add it to my slack app, I can see open and pending tickets and reply directly from Slack.Please advise. When trying to create a Jira with the Jira Plus App it just contantly plays the spinning animation. Removing/re-adding does nothing, re-authenticating does nothing, refreshing/deleting cache/cookies does nothing. Persists with all users across 3 different browsers and 3 different machines.

Hello. I am not sure this is something that can be accomplished and would break the ticketing system concept. So I am currently using TickTick task manager to keep track of tasks I need to perform for customers. It does work well for what I am using it for but I would like to consolidate it with something like Freshdesk and a ticketing system. So here is the deal. I have several customers and for each one I manage a list of tasks that I need to perform for them at some point in the future. There is no SLA or anything like that. It is simple a task that at some point I need to perform for them. It could be months into the future but I want to know it is there. In this case I do not want the customer to get emails about the ticket, etc. I guess it is more of an internal ticket to me alone BUT for a specific customer and not just a generic todo. And the nice thing about ticktick is that I can see a list of these tasks via a single pane of glass.So how would Freshdesk handle suc

However, we are unsure how a user will get to know if an incoming call is coming up and our call widget is closed or minimized.
