If an email comes in from one of my clients and HubSpot knows they are my client, is there a way for freshdesk to know to set me as the agent? Thank you.

I hope you are well, just to re-iterate your current use-case, when an email comes from a client who is a customer on Hubspot as well as Freshdesk, you want to get auto-assigned to the ticket in freshdesk, can you please confirm if there is any unique parameter or subject for these tickets that come from Hubspot?

Please provide a few samples as well in order to provide a few work-arounds for this case.
