I have been testing the Microsoft Teams integration, and the chatbot will send me messages with ticket updates in a chat.

Is there any way for the integration to post new tickets to a teams channel, for everyone on the team to see?

As of now, the Microsoft Teams integration for Freshdesk gives you instant notifications on ticket related update events only and not on creation events. You’ll receive notifications from the Freshdesk bot on Microsoft Teams for the following events:

1. When a ticket priority is modified 2. When a ticket is assigned to you 3. When a customer responds to a ticket 4. When a public note is added 5. When a private note is added
