When accepting Grammerly suggested changes when replying to a Freshbook ticket, the change is placed where the currer is located instead of replacing the misspelled word, or the change does not occur at all.

Example:

What I typed - Thank you for your patencs while I work on your issue.

What happens when I have Grammerly fix the error. - patienceThank you for your patence while I work on your issue

Hi @JackS,

Greetings from Freshworks community and thank you for sharing the details about the issue you're facing with Grammarly while replying to Freshdesk tickets. It seems like Grammarly is updating the text at the cursor's location rather than replacing the misspelled word directly, which appears to be a common behavior affecting other Grammarly users as well.

You can find a related discussion on this issue in the following GitHub thread, which may offer additional context.

I would also suggest reaching out to Grammarly's support team to confirm whether this is a bug on their end or if there is a setting that can be adjusted to resolve this.

Let me know if you need further assistance!
