I have been reading about Using Team Huddle. However even though I have the correct subscription I can not see the Conversation link in a ticket. Do I have to enable something in the admin?

Looks like FreshConnect replaced it! If you're in digital marketing consulting, keeping up with these platform changes is a must.
It might be a permissions issue or a setting that needs to be enabled in the admin panel. Have you checked gta mzansi apk if your role has access to the Conversation feature? Sometimes a refresh or re-login can also help.
