I want to use support@ourcompany.com for email going out from FreshDesk


I am not able to receive the activation email.


From which email or IP is it coming from so I can can search our mail server logs ?

    The emails would usually come from email.freshdesk.com domain. If you'd like to know the IPs from which we'd send those emails, please reach out to our support team at support@freshdesk.com. Our Support heroes will be able to help you with the specific IP information.
