How do I generate an Activation URL? I already have a app that creates the account and emails the contact - I would like to be able to include the activation link.
If that won't work, I'd at least like to be able to send the activation email.

Unfortunately we do not yet have an API to do this operation and presently there is no workaround.
However this is a valid use case and so I will take this as a feature request for now and let you know once we decide to take this up.
I also need this feature. We are planning to create customers automatically in FreshDesk via the API and we also want to automate the "send activation email" function.
Please let me know, when/if this will be possible
