how do you get access to admin ?

    You can ask you account administrator to give you access to the admin tab in Freshdesk

     I am Administrator of my site https://techinfosupport.freshdesk.com/admin/home


    But, I lose my connection and now when i try login i have next message:


    "You are not allowed to access this page!"


    I need to continue with my administrator count. 


    I need help. Please
