 Does Freshdesk have any aging reports that tell me how long my open tickets have been open?  I am not seeing them and want to make sure I don't miss them before I try to create something. If someone has a suggestion on how to create this, it would be much appreciated.


For example, we have 100 tickets open.  75 have been open 1-2 days, 10 have been open 3 days, 5 open 4 days and 10 open 5+ days.

Sorry for the late reaction on the post . We now have the Ticket lifecycle report that helps you to identify how long a ticket stays in a particular status before resolution. Hope this helps!
