When typing my response to the customer I noticed that the feature to add link doesn't work as it used to do. Once you click it the screen turns white but the menu to enter the URL doesn't appear. Please fix!


By the way, it would be great to have the option to convert every URL that you type into a link.



We've come across this issue as well this morning. Have tested in Chrome and Firefox - adding a link just displays a white page. Chrome pops the following error which may or may not be related:

We have rolled out a fix for this issue yesterday. You should be able to insert links without any issues now.
