Caller ID Inbound Calls

Unfortunately caller ID only works when phone number is in international format. Any suggestions? My customer database is in standard Australian phone number format.

    Not sure if that is a solution but you could export your contacts, fix the phone numbers, and import your contacts again.

    Make sure to do a test run with a handful of dummy contacts first.
