Can't reply to ticket

I have been encountering this issue frequently lately where I can't reply on a ticket. I keep getting the "Oops! Something went wrong and the message was not sent. Please try again." notification over and over again. When I checked in Google Chrome Dev tools, I see a 'Invalid attachment Id: ..."
