When a customer submits a ticket and the captcha has not been ticked, the system answers that "verification has failed, please try again" and at the same time it empties all the fields of the form and the customer has to type everything again. Shouldn't the system ask to tick the captcha and keep all information in the fields to prevent customer to type the data again ? Thanks
