In the older version of FD, we were able to see all the live agents available on the chat and view archived chats.


How do we get this dashboard on MINT? Doesn't seem to be a custom dashboard. 


This is trivial for us. 


Was anyone else able to figure it out?

With Freshdesk Mint, the classic Livechat option has been replaced with Freshchat. Freshchat has its own reporting and dashboard capabilities that you can access from web.freshchat.com by logging into your account. We understand that it would be easier if these could be managed from a single location like how it was before and we'll try to build an unified dashboard that helps you to monitor the agents availability across the channels.
