Having an error raising child ticket - The adapter rejected the commit because it was invalid -

    Same problem here... i was testing this function. I can't find whats wrong.

    Can you please check if there are any mandatory fields that you missed to fill in while creating the child ticket? Please help us with the X-Request ID of the failing request so that we can look into our logs and see what caused this error.

    We have this same problem when attempting to create a child ticket.  I have verified all mandatory fields have been filled in.  Here's an example x-request:
