I need to find a way to uniquely identify each of my 3 different embedded forms on 3 different websites for 3 different products.


Right now the only way I see that being possible is to make the customer select the Group for which they are submitting the ticket.


Is it possible to filter tickets based on where they are coming from?  Is it possible to submit information with each individual form without showing it to the customer?  If I can find a way to identify the product or group without making the customer do it, I can do everything else through Dispatch'r.

It is possible to automatically associate a product value to the ticket created through an embedded widget. All you have to do is to replace the URL parameter in the widget code from https://mycompany.freshdesk.com to the specific product portal url.
