Hi,

What I want is, I need to roll out my helpdesk to another department. I have now my IT helpdesk but I also need the other department to have and connect with mine.

Is it possible to create another accounts for them under my URL or accounts?

We could sure bring in the other department of your organization to the existing helpdesk and have it function as a separate group/product and also facilitate inter-department collaboration.
