We have a problem when when we forward a ticket, the default cursor position is to the left of the first line of the signature.


This is really annoying as our signature is in a bold font.  So an agent forwards a message and adds a short note, which defaults to bold too.  You also need to hit the carriage return a couple of times to push the signature down so that there's enough room for the message body.


Anyone else have this problem?

The Signature is added at the end of the reply/forward editor though the cursor still remains at the top left corner. When you actually start typing in , the text gets added in normal font ( as setup in the helpdesk ) and pushes down the signature as and when you enter more text.
