Custom Apps not visible

Hey,

I've published a custom app, but it doesn't appear at custom apps in [Admin -> Apps]

at the developer login:

at freshdesk:

I'm using the same login for developer & freshdesk.

this can be closed, just got informed, that custom apps are not usable for the sprout plan.
