Customer Portal with multiple products


We have multiple customers, each with multiple unique products. Is there a way to set up a portal for each customer that only lists their unique products?

Hi Tom


You may use the HTTP referer method to redirect the USER to the respective Multiple Product Portals.


Else, you can follow the model by one of our customers - KaiserGames Gmbh, where they've setup a default portal page - support.kaisergames.com


From here, they re-direct the user to the corresponding Product pages/support pages.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by HTTP referer method? When I upgraded, I thought I would be getting multiple portals for each product, rather than just one portal that lists multiple things...

Using these URI, you can check the incoming REFERING SOURCE and REDIRECT the USER to the specific Freshdesk Portal, i.e.support.xbox.com or support.msoffice.com
