Disable mobile view

Hi, In trial now to evaluate freshdesk. My biggest concern is the limited functionality in mobile view. Is there a way to run desktop version on mobile or tablet devices? Thanks, Bas

I would like to disable the Mobile View, it is very limited on functionality.

Hello!


Thank you for reaching out to us here. 


If you would like to disable the mobile view completely, and have the desktop version load up even on your mobile devices, all you need to do is this small setting change. 


Go to Admin --> Helpdesk Re-branding --> Stylesheet. Here, switch the toggle "Include mobile friendly stylesheet" to OFF and hit Save and Publish. 


This will help you in getting the desktop version load up by default.
