As of today I can no longer include a normal link to the knowledge base. If in a reply I click on the link for solution documents, I get a blank screen. If I type /s I can press enter, enter a description and nothing happens.

Canned responses do work normally.

The issue was with the suggested solutions window on the new Mint interface. It was a temporary issue that was caused by another change and it was totally unexpected. Our devs managed to figure out the cause and the issue has been sorted now. Please let us know if you are still facing troubles with the insert solutions option.
