I have heard from 2 customers today that they have received up to 6 copies of the same email from Freshdesk. I am typically copied on all emails from Freshdesk but I have not seen anything come through. Are you aware of any issues with this?

Our sincere apologies for missing out on updating this thread. We searched into our records but we haven't seen a lot of similar tickets for this issue . We hope you were able to figure out what exactly happened and it will be great if you can share if and how this was fixed.
