Is there anyway to notify(email) all agents when a ticket is closed ?

You can add an Observer rule to send an email to, say, the group to which it is assigned. Is this satisfactory?

We can achieve this by having an Observer rule,






Say if a ticket is closed, then set up an action to send email across groups with a custom template. The agents in the groups will be notified regarding the ticket being closed.
