Email notifications missing Insert Placeholder button

The 'Insert Placeholders' button is missing from some Email notifications. For example 'User Activation Email'. 'Password Reset Email' etc.

    Hi Neville

    The User Activation & Password Reset won't be available as Placeholders, because they're system default placeholders and will be taken from the backend.

    Just use the URL as it is

    {{activation_url}} or {{password_reset_url}}
