Embed Widget Expanded

I am trying to embed the ticket widget I created on a google site. When I use the code provided the widget is collapsed. I am not a program and do not under stand which value or where to add that value to make the for expanded by default. Right now it shows up as a Help? button but I want to display the form that expands after clicking that button.
