Hi, 

we are using FD and Jira intergration many time already 

all functionality working as expected: 

- creating tickets - OK

- updating status - OK

- adding comments on ticket - OK 

Problem happens when we post comment from linked issue (we have script runner functionality that copies comment on linked issue and create it as a new comment to current issue).


User that creating comment has Admin rights. 

So problem happens on this comments -  they not come to freshdesk. 


But when we edit this comment just by adding <space> this comment appears in freshdesk.

in Jira log i dont see any violation even in debug. 

could you please help to diagnose/fix issue
