Hello Freshdesk Community,
I am having issues trying to get Fedex Integrated or even send a canned response with a placeholder put into the link.
Does anybody have experience with this?
For example I put
in a canned response and it outputs.
It will not put in the placeholder into the link and it will not work on the Fedex Website for obvious reasons.
I was also looking to get information on sending the tracking number to the Fedex website and pulling a shipping status if anybody has any information on that I would be exceptionally grateful.
