Feedback Widget and Sharepoint

We would like to add the Freshdesk Feedback Widget to our intranet which is built in Sharepoint.


If possible we would like have the User Email Address field populate with the Sharepoint user email address.  Is this possible?  Has anyone had luck with this?

    You can embed the feedback widget code on your site and use     Querystring variables to pass values to the feedback widget and pre-populate the ticket fields. To know more about this, please refer to this solution article.
