Forwarded eMail shows as .eml file

Hi, when I automatically forward emails from Thunderbird (via MessageFilter) it is forwarded as attachment intead of inline. That leads to a ticket with an .eml file in it, that is not displayed inline. 

Additionally the automatic drill down to the next unknown FROM-email-address to use it as the requester does not work. 
Any ideas about that?
