I can't find in the price/Features list an answer to this :
If I create " companies to group contact from that same COmpany " is it a features that is in the free version ?
Fore some features, it is clear they are not included but for other, I can't be sure.

You can use the Domain names for the company field to fill the domain name identifier for the contacts belonging to the company. Freshdesk will automatically associate any new contact with the specified domain to the actual company record.
