I have linked my fresh desk account with fresh chat , but when i am trying to login to the fresh chat with same email and password i am getting an error You are not authorized to access this Freshchat account.
Is there any thing i am doing wrong?

Hello Zain,
Sorry if this sounds pretty basic. Unless your account has the Freshworks Switcher (that allows you to seamlessly login across all Freshworks' products), you'll have to use the product specific email/password combination for authentication.
Can you please try logging into web.freshchat.com in a separate window and see if you're able to login without having to switch the email address?
