Is there a way to get all messages that were sent to the customers.

Like a sent mail folder


The reason is that we want to synchronize all messages that are sent via freshdesk to the sent mail folder on our IMAP server, so they are properly archived.




If you go to Admin > Email and click Add Bcc you can enter an email address that will be added as a BCC ( Blind Carbon-Copy ) address to all replies and forwards. You could use this to get copies of the outgoing emails of your agents.
