Related to the Russian SPAM, they are creating contacts in my freshdesk account.  I have changed my password.  How are they able to create contacts?  Once the contact is in, then they are generating tickets. 

How is this possible?  How can it be stopped?


Is Freshdesk's solution to just leave their product for an alternative tool?

The webhook prevents the creation of contacts (after marking the ticket as spam). Not perfect, but also refer the rest of the discussion, quite long by now.
