How Do I Import from Zendesk?

Looking at moving from zendesk and signed up for a trial but cant find any details on how to do this??


has anybody moved from zendesk and this actually possible ?


I have seen I need a backup file but it doesnt state what type of file is needed or anything

    Hi Dave,


    Happy New Year!

    You would need a XML export from Zendesk to import your data from Zendesk to Freshdesk. Once you have the XML file ready,  please go to Admin->Account-> Import from Zendesk . Please enter Admin Credentials of your Zendesk account , upload the file and you should be set.
