 Hi im new to this so How Do I Remove The Fourm On The Helpdesk?

If you want to remove the Forums alltogether, you can delete all the categories and Forums under the Forum Tab in your Freshdesk account. The "Forums" option will be visible in your customer-side portal only if any Forum categories or topics exist.


Note: This will work if you are using the default theme under Helpdesk Rebranding. If you are using a custom theme for your support portal, just make sure to remove the Forum specific placeholders from your portal.

We've now have an easy way to toggle off the forum section on the portal.Navigate to Admin -> Helpdesk section to perform this action.
