How out of date is report information?

I believe I saw someplace that Freshdesk reports aren't based on live information and that reports get gradually closer to real-time data as one goes up the Freshdesk service tiers (Sprout, Blossom, Garden, Estate, Forest).


Is that correct? What are the time delays at each tier?


This could be a big problem for my company as we do daily status reports each night.

Hello, I have the same problem. Reports are not updated in real time. Why?

We are reaching the end of our Freshdesk evaluation period and really need this information.


Hi all,

According to recent updates, the data refresh for various plans are as follows-:


1. Forest -: 30 minutes

2. Estate and Garden -: 1 hour

3. Blossom and Sprout -: 1 day



Apart from the tickets, the ticket exports and dashboard is live data.
