Hello! I would like to know how to change the message in the email of when a person sends an email to the support. (Basically, the email telling them their support ticket number). If someone could help me that would be wonderful!

Sorry about the delay in updating this thread. You could modify the content of this auto mail under Admin > Email notifications > Requester notification > New ticket created.
