Hello, 

I need to know,  is it possible to reach Auto-Reply message template from App? Using domHelper.ticket.openReply("some text"); I get "some text" added to the beginning of existing template, configured in Admin panel. Can I somehow override it and receive only "some text"?

openReply does not replace the whole reply content. We can take it as a feature request.
