How to remove attached history

Hello
How can I delete the email history? that is, by default it does not show the history of the three dots when replying or sending an email.

    When you hover with your mouse in that area, you will see an x pop-up (to the right of the three dots). By clicking that all history is removed.

    As far as I am aware, you cannot set this as default.
