I want to change my support url from https://jumiaitma.freshdesk.com to https://it-jumia-morocco.freshdesk.com 


I'm not able to find out how.

Regarding your query, the URL change for your account would be carried out from the backend on our side. 






Please note that once the URL has been changed, any forwarding rule that you had setup in the support mailbox would change and you would have to make the necessary configurations for the same.
